At Saint Charles’ School in Zambia we don’t have enough money to buy toys or games so we make our own. We recycle all the time. Can you match up the photos of the objects we have made with their descriptions?

Calling all bottle tops
“HAVE YOU LOST YOUR BOTTLE?”

Then at St Charles we will use you.

We use old bottle tops for lots of things.

We put bottle tops on a frame for counting and sometimes for making music.		A Bottle Top Game to play with a partner.
	We use bottle tops for playing games.	Each player puts 5 tops into a hole or circle. The first player to throw a bottle top into the hole wins all the bottle tops. Put a number inside each top and you can keep scores.
		Why don’t you have a go and make something out of junk?
